This item is subject to configuration control and export control. This is a shelf life and critical application item. Government First Article Testing applies to this procurement. The First Article is due 274 days from date of award. Production line item delivery is 274 days after first article acceptance. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
