SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC intends to issue a sole sourcemodification to existing contract N65236-07-D-5105, to Norseman, Inc. of

Elkridge, MD. The original award was made on a competitive basis, 100%

set-aside for small business. The contract provides supplies required for the

Tri-Service Infrastructure Program Office (TIMPO) LAN Upgrade Project. The LAN

Upgrade Project supports all military treatment facility communication

networks. The upgrade also supported replacement/upgrading or augmenting

existing network equipment that is vendor specific according to the particular

site Army, Navy (Marines), or Air Force. The proposed modification is for a

Period of Performance increase from 8 February 2009 through 30 April 2009.
