DESCRIPTION
CAUTIONAn unknown male suspect is being sought in connection with a series of bank robberies which were committed in the Chicago suburbs since 2002. In each of the robberies the suspect entered the banks/credit unions wearing a dark-colored ski mask. In a majority of the bank robberies, he wore a dark-colored hooded jacket and gloves. Once inside a bank, the suspect displayed a black, semiautomatic handgun and ordered the tellers to provide money from their cash drawers. In several of the robberies, the suspect used either a shopping bag or a black shoulder bag to carry the money. The suspect then would exit a bank and would be seen making his getaway on foot. In addition, the weather conditions during the majority of the robberies consisted of either snow or rain. The unknown suspect is also believed responsible for three additional robberies in November and December 2006. REWARDThe FBI is offering a reward of up to $45,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this individual.
