Welcome to the new and improved RC/EZ/EC Address Locator! This site has been redesigned to more effectively serve the needs of RC/EZ/EC communities.
The Address Locator allows you to find out if a business or residence is located within a Renewal Community, Empowerment Zone or Enterprise Community. This online tool can help verify if a particular location is eligible for the tax incentives offered in RC/EZ/EC areas.  Both current and past designations are shown in the designation history.
