The first indicates that suppressions occurred when the relative standard error of the negative of the natural logarithm of p hat was greater than 0.175 and p hat was less than or equal to 0.5. The second indicates that suppressions also occurred when the relative standard error of the negative of the natural logarithm of the difference of 1 minus p hat was greater than 0.175 and p hat was greater than 0.5.
