It is a bar graph, where the horizontal axis represents social support and the vertical axis represents percent with serious mental illness. There are two categories of social support: received social support and did not receive social support. For each category of social support, the percentage with serious mental illness is as follows:

Of those who received social support, 7.6% have serious mental illness (SMI).
Of those who did not receive social support, 15.2% have SMI.
