It is a bar graph, where the horizontal axis represents perceived health status and the vertical axis represents percent receiving mental health treatment. There are four categories of perceived health status: excellent, very good, good, and fair/poor. For each category of perceived health status, the percentage receiving mental health treatment is as follows:
Of those with serious mental illness (SMI) who reported excellent health, 38.7% received mental health treatment.
Of those with SMI who reported very good health, 46.5% received mental health treatment.
Of those with SMI who reported good health, 47.2% received mental health treatment.
Of those with SMI who reported fair or poor health, 56.0% received mental health treatment.
