This is to serve as notice that USAID intends to make award to Lee Technologies on a sole source basis for the purchase of 320 UPS 12-490MR batteries for the Power Distribution Units (PDU) that powers the Agency's computer operation systems. This requirement includes the following:

1) Two major preventative maintenance visits on Model (2) EPS 6300

2) Semi-Annual Battery Maintenance

3) All materials and labor to keep the equipment in good operating condition (excludes battery and capacitor replacement)

4) 30 minute call back time

5) Four hour on-site emergency response, 7 days/wk, 24 hrs/day

6) Access to Factory Technical Support during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

7) Call Managemnet

8) All emergency service and travel expenses
