The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency is seeking interested parties who having the ability to provide non-personal services for Residential Treatment within the District of Columbia. The contractor will provide Residential Treatment Services that will include all facilities, labor, material and equipment necessary to provide temporary residential services for CSOSA’s staff and offenders/defendants (hereafter referred to as clients) in support of the agency’s Assessment and Orientation Center (AOC) program. CSOSA’s AOC assists clients in achieving and maintaining abstinence from all mind-altering substances. Successful offerors will provide temporary residential housing services for adult male clients with substance abuse treatment needs and related office space for CSOSA staff. Services shall include facility maintenance, janitorial cleaning, refuse pickup, pest control, and utilities. The Government will provide all other services required for the AOC including treatment programming, meals, and bed linen service. The contractor facility must provide enough space to house 21-40 clients and approximately 16 CSOSA staff personnel. A firm Fixed priced type contract with a base year period (one year) and two six month-option periods is anticipated. The solicitation will be available on or about July 8, 2003, and will be distributed through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
