This amendment is being issued to provide or clarify the following information contained in this solicitation:

1. Clause F-1 is hereby amended to modify the Period of Performance.



2. Clause B-4 has been modified to reflect the changes to the Period of Performance.



3. As a point of clarification, the answers provided to the Questions that required research from the Office of General Counsel are hereby modified.



4. The Government requests that proposals be valid through September 30, 2008.



5. The closing date remains 11:00 AM local Washington, DC time (EST) on March 31, 2008. Proposals received after this date and time will be deemed late and not considered for award.



6. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
