The Court Services & Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), a Federal Agency, has a requirement for Food Service. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, supplies, materials, equipment, facilities, and transportation for catered meal service at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency?s residential facility in accordance with the requirements specified in the solicitation, on a firm, fixed unit price basis. The contract period of performance will be one base year with four option years.

Note: This procurement is a Total HUB ZONE set aside.

This serves as the pre-solicitation notice only. Once issued, the solicitation will be issued electronically and paper copies will not be available or distributed. The Solicitation will be issued no earlier than November 29, 2006. It is incumbent upon potential offerors to download or obtain the Solicitation and amendments/updates, if any, once the Solicitation is issued.
