DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition, however requires engineering source approval by the design control activity. Any manufacturer, other than American Fuel Cell and Coated (Cage 05476) P/N: FRC53539 and Northrop Grumman System (Cage 26512 and Cage 61174) P/N: 1128SCP449-1. DSCR, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 30 each. This item is subject to Configuration Control and is a Critical Safety Item. Production line item delivery is 135 days. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
