The Government intends to procure an award to Spirent Federal Systems in on a sole source basis. The Requirement is to perform DISA IA3 Professional Services. The objective of this effort provide technical subject matter experts for training, and developing test scripts utilizing Spirent's Avalanche and ThreatEx tools that are currently deployed in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) lab environment at DISA Sky 7 Laboratory, Falls Church, Virginia. Spirent is the developer of the Spirent tool suite (which includes Avalanche and ThreatEx tools). Spirent's Avalanche and ThreatEx tools are proprietary test systems, including software and appliances. Spirent, as the developer of the tool suite, has the unique capability to train and develop test scripts using these products.
