FBO: Federal Business Opportunities

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) is seeking an experienced desktop publishing specialist for an intermittent, as-needed work arrangement under an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The work involves formatting documents using established FrameMaker templates, formatting Excel tables according to established guidelines, and creating graphs according to established guidelines. The budgetary ceiling for a 1-year performance period under the contract is $10,000.

Submission Required for Consideration:
Individuals shall express their interest in being considered by submitting a resume of professional experience, supplemented by a description of additional knowledge and skills that indicate the level of expertise and breadth of ability to complete the task. Offerors shall also include the firm fixed-price hourly rate they would charge for this work, and at least three past performance references.

This competition will remain open for the duration of Fiscal Year 2008 (which ends on September 30, 2008) or until a contract is awarded, whichever period is shorter. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their information (or any questions about the contract) at their earliest convenience. The Response Date of 9/30/2008 previously listed on this announcement was intended to coincide with the expiration of the funds currently available for this requirement. CBO will accept submissions at any time starting with the posting of this announcement.
