The Defense Energy Support Center is seeking any known 8(a) small business sources that have the capability to provide logistics management services and support at the DESC office located in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. In order to support the increasing workload in the Pacific region, DESC Pacific requires contract assistance to provide fuels analysis, research, and project management support for senior leaders and the Management Support Team. Task requirements include strategic level concept formulation, data analysis, research, and project management for high level energy/fuel projects and programs, consultation services for current and upcoming workload requirements, presentation and speech development, point papers, conference and meeting organization, coordination support for Alternative Energy initiatives and Defense Fuel Support Point review and integration.
