Organizational AssessmentThe foundation of a high performing organization is the talents, attributes, and competencies of the individuals who comprise the organization. Equally important is an assessment of the climate, environment and culture in which performance is achieved. Individual strengths and talents are maximized when employees are satisfied and the corporate culture supports such values as innovation, creativity, risk-taking, and other similar dimensions. OPM developed the Organizational Assessment Survey (OAS) and the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) to assess individual and organizational strengths. Both of these instruments are available to you.
