NOTE TO EDITORS:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has received two reports from its Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards following the committee's meeting September 2-4.

The reports, in the form of letters, provide comments on issues concerning emergency core cooling system strainer blockage and an application for a power level increase for the Edwin I. Hatch nuclear power plant in Georgia.
