Nuclear Regulatory Commission Chairman Shirley Ann Jackson will tour the three units at the Millstone Nuclear Power Station on Monday, February 2, and afterwards will conduct both a press conference and a separate public meeting in Waterford, Conn.

The Chairman's plant tours and meetings with plant owner Northeast Utilities' management and staff will take place that morning and early afternoon.

The press conference, which will last about 45 minutes, will begin at 4:30 p.m. in the Waterford Town Hall.

The Chairman will meet with the public at Waterford High School from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Following her opening remarks, the Chairman will take questions from the audience.

Questions at the press conference will be restricted to the press. The Chairman will respond to questions and comments from the public at the public meeting.
