2008 ICASS Survey

The ICASS Service Center has produced a new and improved orientation DVD.  The 20 minute training DVD provides an overview of ICASS, highlighting current issues, principles of ICASS, and the roles and responsibilities of the service provider, the Council, and other ICASS players.  We hope that service providers and Councils will make use of this new training tool as a means of introducing new staff and Council members to ICASS as well as reinforcing the existing knowledge base.
