The ICASS System is supported by players at post and in Washington.  The players at post consist of the Chief of Mission, Deputy Chief of Mission, Post ICASS Council, Post Working Group, and the Service Providers.  In Washington, the ICASS Executive Board (IEB), ICASS Working Group (IWG), and ICASS Service Center (ISC) are the primary players.  More detailed descriptions of the roles of each party can be found below.
