A seagull flies over the California Coastal National Monument which stretches along the entire coast of California and extends 12 miles into the Pacific Ocean.  The Monument includes 20,000 rocks, islands, pinnacles and reefs.

About Folsom BLM

The Folsom Field Office is directly responsible for approximately 230,000 acres of Public Land scattered throughout fourteen Central California counties. Most of the acreage is within the historic Mother Lode region of the Sierra Nevada Range (with the exception of the Cosumnes River Preserve in southern Sacramento County). The resource area stretches from Yuba County (in the north), to Mariposa County (in the south).

Directions:

From Sacramento, take Highway 50 east, towards the town of Placerville and exit at Folsom Blvd. Proceed to Natoma Street and turn right. Our office is on the right side of the road across from City Hall and the Folsom Zoo.
