Public Document Room Assistance

The NRC Public Document Room (PDR) reference staff are available to help you with ADAMS. The PDR staff can assist you with--

• ADAMS installation questions
• ADAMS hardware and software issues
• Searching ADAMS
• Searching for documents created before November 1, 1999 that are not available in ADAMS
• Arranging free ADAMS training (available at the PDR in Rockville, Maryland, near Washington DC)
• Obtaining paper copies of documents from ADAMS as well as copies of pre-ADAMS documents in various formats. These materials may be ordered for a fee via the PDR. See PDR Copy Service and Fees.
