Vessel Adrift

Soon after the inital call from the Monterey Sanctuary office, it was discovered that it
was not an entire vessel that was adrift.  Instead, just the upper portion of the
wheelhouse itself was floating.  The flotsam was recovered this morning and there is no
further pollution threat.
