FTS 392-6317. 1)  Weather Observations:  Hoquiam Clear.  10 miles visibility.  Winds E at
11 kts.  Temp 34.  Dew point 32.  Tatoosh Island Winds E 25 gusts to 30 kts.  Quillayute
Clear.  7 miles visibility.  Wind E at  5 kts.  Temp. 35.  Dew point 34. 2)  Weather
Forecast: Aviation (Grays Harbor to Tatoosh)  The forecast today calls for the South coast
to remain clear most of the day.  The North coast will have increasing clouds and
increasing SE winds.  Visibility will remain above 7 miles.  Temperatures will be 47 in
the North to 52 in the South.  Dew point will be in the mid to upper 30's.
