T/B LBT 62

The wind held most of the product against the left descending bank of the Mississippi. The
shape of the river and the wind tended to pool the oil at four collection points.  No
pooled oil was seen south of MM 75; however, sheen was observed as far south as MM 70.


Of the estimated 911 barrels spilled, 340 evaporated and 320 were recovered.
