THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS BASED ON THE MOST CURRENT DATA PROVIDED TO NOAA. - An
electronic map file showing fly-over observations of the spill has been placed in the
XCHANGE Account on the NOAA Prime computer.  The map file is a Macintosh SuperPaint format
file that can be read by any Mac program that can read "PICT" files.  If you need
assistance downloading the file or using the XCHANGE function of the Prime, call Genwest
(206) 771-2700 (Dean, Ellen) or NOAA HazMat (206) 526-6317 (Jim Gardner). The name of the
