I want to have benefits fair. How can I find contacts for each Program for an Open Season fair or a mid-year benefit fair?

Answer:

Contact information for ordering and distributing Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) materials is available in a Benefit Administration Letter (BAL) in the 400 series.

Also, you may be contacted by insurance companies that do not participate in any of the Federal benefits programs who wish to sell other types of “supplemental” policies to Federal employees. We strongly discourage you from assisting in the
marketing efforts of these companies. You should limit access to the benefits fair to plans that participate in Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) or FEDVIP (and representatives of FSAFEDS and the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Plan).
