M2M MIS System

The M2M System is a secure online web-based application which was developed to track the asset assignments of Participating Administrative Entities through the rent reduction and debt restructuring processes. Version 6.5 is the current version and was published in September 2008.

SYSTEM ACCESS:

	External User Access: http://www.hud.gov/offices/reac/online/reasyst.cfm
	Users if you are logged in and working, you will be asked to re-enter your userid and password after 4 hours.
	All passwords must:   Be at least 6 characters long   Not be longer than 8 characters long   Must contain at least 1 UPPER CASE letter   Must contain at least 1 lower case letter   Must contain as least 1 number or special character
