Sometimes, refinancing your mortgage can really save you money. You may be able to pay less interest, lower your monthly payment, or convert from a 30-year loan to a 15-year loan (and build your equity faster!). But be sure that refinancing is right for you.

  1. Learn how to refinance your FHA loan.
  2. Refinance your non-FHA mortgage with FHASecure
  3. Is it a good time for you to refinance? Learn more about it.
  4. Refinancing Calculator
  5. Want to talk more? Contact one of our HUD-funded housing counseling agencies.
  6. Your local government may use HUD's HOME program to fund local refinancing programs. Contact your local HOME representative.
