State of California Employment Training Panel

Waivers for the Orientation

In certain instances, the Panel does not require potential contractors to complete the Online Orientation prior to applying for ETP funds. Below are the only conditions under which users may directly apply without first completing the Online Orientation. It is still HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that all potential contractors complete the Online Orientation to obtain a thorough understanding of the ETP contracting requirements and processes.

The options below outline the waiver requirements and online orientation alternative. Please click on the option most appropriate. You will be prompted for basic registration information. Once you have provided this information a user password will be sent to your email address. Using your user id and system password, simply return to the main ETP Orientation page to apply for ETP funds online. You will be able to apply directly for ETP funds by completing the Preliminary Application.

If you have any questions regarding the Online Orientation Waiver, Small Business Program Online Orientation Bypass, or Direct Orientation, please contact the Economic Development Unit at (916) 327-4391.
