XML Registry System Rules of Behavior

As an authorized user of the XML Registry System, I agree to:

1. Maintain the confidentiality of XML Registry System data at all times;

2. Never share my XML Registry System user ID and/or password with anyone else under any circumstance;

3. Either log off the XML Registry System or lock my workstation if I am logged into the XML Registry System and must leave my workstation;

4. Change my XML Registry System password every 90 days;

5. Use a password that is at least eight characters in length, is difficult to guess, and is a mix of characters, numbers and/or symbols.

I understand that failure to abide by these rules of behavior may result in loss of access to the XML Registry System.
