DRILL -- T/B LIBERTY

THIS IS A DRILL On Sept. 11, 2008, the tank barge LIBERTY, carrying approximately 72,000 barrels of No. 2 home heating oil, collided with a fishing vessel. Initial reports suggest that oil is leaking from the fishing vessel (carrying approximately 3,000 gallons of diesel and 500 gallons of lube oils). The barge sustained damage and is listing. It is unknown whether oil is currently releasing from the barge. Location: 41°23'N, 071°07.5'W On-Scene Weather: winds SW at 10-15, air temp 60°F THIS IS A DRILL
