The GLOBE students in "Uzlici," pictured to the right at their weather station
have been consistently collecting and reporting GLOBE data since September
1995, and are looking forward to getting their own World Wide Web connection
soon. Tomas Lindner, a student at 25. Zakladni Skola, who is pictured to the
left taking the pH of water, played an important role in Earth Day activities
in Prague, the capitol city of the Czech Republic. He provided reporters
information about GLOBE in the Czech Republic and about his school's
involvement in GLOBE.
