Deputy Secretary Troy meets with Vietnamese Vice Minister of Health: September 16

Deputy Secretary Troy met with the Vietnamese Vice Minister for Health, Madam Nguyen Thi Kim.

The two followed up on the U.S.-Vietnam Product-Safety Agreement Deputy Secretary Troy signed with Vice Minister Cao Minh Quang, M.D. in June and discussed collaborative efforts on pandemic influenza, the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), and other issues of mutual interest.
