Existing EndNote customers that have previously changed their preferences to point at the NIH installation of Web of Science need to make the following changes:

Under Edit, Preferences, click the online choice and change the ISI Base URL to:

http://gateway.isiknowledge.com/gateway/Gateway.cgi

Then click the OpenURL/PDF link on the left side and change the OpenURL Path to:

http://nihlibrarysfx:9003/sfx_local

Then click OK.

Next, make changes to the connection files for Endnote.

Under Edit, Connection Files, Open Connection Manager. Locate Web of Science (ISI) from the list and highlight it with a single mouse click. Then click the Edit button on the open window (not the menu bar).

Click Connection Settings on the left and change the Server Address to:

gateway.isiknowledge.com

Click the X to close the Window and answer Yes when asked to Save Changes.
