The emerging pattern of strengthening employment, increasing manufacturing activity, and stronger sales indicates the American economy is gathering momentum. The Congress needs to maximize our forward momentum by passing President Bush’s Six-Point plan and removing the economic obstacles to faster growth and job creation.”
