at the time indicated on their summons.

Jurors should report at 10 a.m. Court personnel must report in sufficient time to commence Court operations at 10:00 a.m. However, if the Court of Appeals has a regular calendar scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m., the Court of Appeals will commence operations in time to hold the arguments at 9:30 a.m.
OPEN ON EMERGENCY SCHEDULE Jurors should not report. Only Juvenile New Referral Court (JM-15), Adult Arraignment Court (C-10), and scheduled preventive detention hearings will proceed in the Superior Court. The Court of Appeals will be closed.
CLOSED Only the Emergency Judge will be available. Jurors
should not report.
During inclement weather, the D.C. Courts'
level of operation will be announced on the Courts'
Information Telephone Line at (202) 879-1010. Court personnel
can call the Courts' voicemail system for information.
Status information may also be obtained by listening to
the radio and television stations listed below. Remember to
listen for a specific reference for the D.C. Courts'
level of operation, as the Courts do not follow the same procedures
as the District of Columbia government or the Federal government
during snow emergencies.
