The National Mediation Board is a very small agency with low employee turnover. Whenever an opening or vacancy occurs, however, it is posted on both the NMB web site and the OPM web site.

1. Union members and other employees in a particular craft-or-class covered by a union should contact their union representative for access to the applicable Collective-bargaining Agreement. If you can not get it from your union, try contacting the Office of Labor Management Standards of the Department of Labor at 202-513-7300.
