Biography
Dr. Cline, Center Director at the National Operational
Hydrologic Remote Sensing Center, received his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado in 1995.
He worked as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist with the NASA Earth Observing
System Interdisciplinary Science (EOS-IDS) Program from 1995 to 1996, and
has been at NOHRSC since 1996. He has published on various aspects of snow
energy exchanges, snow measurement, and snowmelt modeling. He serves on
the Surface Water Committee of the American Geophysical Union, and
on the Cryosphere Directorate of the Association of American Geographers.
