MANDATORY MICROSOFT EXCEL FORMAT FOR LIST OF POTENTIAL ELIGIBLE VOTERS |
The Carrier's list of potential
eligible voters must be delivered to the NMB as a Microsoft Excel file. The format of the list of potential eligible
voters must be prepared in five columns or fields
exactly as found at
(Spreadsheet Sample).
There must not be any other information or data in the file or on the
diskette or CD except as displayed in the five fields or columns. The data in the Microsoft Excel file is contained in cells. The headers (columns A, B, C, D, E only), also known as field headers, must appear in the first row of cells only. Therefore, the first row is for column heading only, and all subsequent lines contain voter information only. The Carrier must not include any hidden columns or fields in the Microsoft Excel file. Also note, that the employee middle initial appears with t he first name. There is no separate column or field for the middle initial. In addition, no other data should appear above the column headings (columns F on). If you have any
questions about the correct format for this list of potential elgible voters, contact the NMB elections Administrator
at 202-692-5040. Remember: NO OTHER DATA SHOULD APPEAR ABOVE THE COLUMN
HEADINGS. LINE 1 IS FOR
COLUMN HEADINGS ONLY. LINE 2, AND ALL
SUBSEQUENT LINES CONTAIN OTHER INFORMATION ONLY. |
