Leadership Assessment Program Level - 1 (formerly Leadership Assessment Program)

for Team Leaders and Emerging Supervisors

Overview

This intensive, five-day seminar is designed will help you move into a leadership role or support you in the initial phase of your management career. You will complete personal assessment inventories and personality and temperament profiles, perform a case study analysis, and participate in various problem-solving activities.

Through feedback combined with videotaped self-observation are integral aspects of the seminar. Assessment center specialists will help you identify your strengths and areas for improvement and provide you with confidential, comprehensive guidance. You will leave with new insights to create a personal learning plan for continued leadership growth.
