Attorneys admitted to the Northern District of New York were required to pay the $30 Biennial Registration Fee for 2007.

The Biennial Registration Fee is to be remitted electronically through ECF.

Refunds of Fees Paid Electronically

The Biennial Registration requirement is waived IF your address information is up to date in ECF and you are an attorney who:

      ~ is admitted Pro Hac Vice

      ~ was admitted Permanent during calendar year 2007

      ~ works for the U.S. Government, the State of New York, a county in New York State, or another public sector entity
