New website on privately-funded educational programs: In September 2006, the Judicial Conference of the United States adopted a policy that requires judges and educational program providers to disclose certain information about the attendance of judges at privately-funded educational programs. The policy is effective as of January 1, 2007. Pursuant to this policy, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has established a link to information about the attendance of Federal Circuit judges at such programs:
