Dr. Teresa Kennedy, Deputy Director
Dr. Kennedy manages GLOBE's international activities, responsible for ensuring that the development and ongoing support of all GLOBE Partner Countries are fully integrated with GLOBE education and science, as well as with programmatic activities related to systems development, communications, marketing, sustainability, and evaluation. Internationally, she facilitates GLOBE International Advisory Committee (GIAC) activities, and also serves as the U.S. Country Coordinator, facilitating U.S. Partners in their program implementation.

Martos Hoffman, Head of Student Research
Mr. Hoffman designs and develops inquiry-based Earth system science curricula and student research support materials. He also presents
professional development workshops for the Earth Systems Science Projects as well as the GLOBE Program in general.

Paula Robinson, Executive Administrator
Ms. Robinson coordinates sustainability and business development activities for the GLOBE Program Office, helping to develop plans for the
establishment of a new nonprofit infrastructure for the long-term support of program activities. She is also responsible for managing administrative
support, logistics, and event activities in the GLOBE Program Office.

Silvia Agnona, Administrative Assistant
Ms. Agnona provides administrative and logistical support to the GLOBE Regional and Education/Science teams.

Travis Andersen, Systems Developer
Mr. Andersen is responsible for developing Web pages for data entry and for creating interactive Web content. He creates Web-based tools and is
experienced in creating and producing audio and video Web-based media.

Jan Heiderer, Communications Coordinator
Ms. Heiderer coordinates the planning and production of all communication efforts, including Stars, newsletters, and
press releases. She also assists with GPO evaluation efforts including program reports and
supervises student assistants working in the areas of communications and regionalization.

Katy Lackey, Administrator
Ms. Lackey provides budget planning support and monthly financial reporting for the project teams and management. She provides logistical coordination for the Annual Conference, the GLOBE International Advisory Committee (GIAC) and other GPO events. She works closely with the GLOBE Help desk to provide materials for teacher workshops and maintains the inventory for teacher guides and other kit materials.

Jamie Larsen, Educational Specialist, FLEXE ESSP Team Leader
Mr. Larsen is the GPO Project Leader for the FLEXE ESSP and also designs and develops curriculum materials for the GLOBE Program.
He has extensive experience in teaching and curriculum development, including co-authoring a textbook on Astrobiology.
Over the years he has taught at both public and private schools, served as an administrator and technology coordinator,
as well as facilitated and presented at a variety of workshops.

Michael Leon, Technical Lead and Database Administrator
Mr. Leon provides technical leadership and project management support. He is responsible for the architecture, implementation, and management of GLOBE's computer systems and services. He also administers the databases which contains information about GLOBE partners, teachers, workshops, and student-collected science data.

Nan McClurg, Help Desk Manager; North American Regional Desk Officer
Ms. McClurg supervises all Help Desk functions, including answering emails and phone inquiries, and is the Regional Desk Officer for North American Partners.

Gary Metzger, Help Desk Specialist Mr. Metzger is a member of the GLOBE Help Desk team and performs multiple
tasks in assisting those who contact the GLOBE Help Desk by responding to emails and phone inquiries.

Karen Milberger, Web Lead
Ms. Milberger is responsible for design, development and maintenance of the GLOBE Web site and software, including visualization and data access tools. She is a specialist in visualization of complex data such as engineering and environmental data.

Maureen Murray, Graphic Design Specialist Ms. Murray is the lead graphic developer and artist for the GLOBE Web site. She is also responsible for GLOBE Site Photos, and develops GLOBE posters, brochures, and general print materials.

Noah Newman, Help Desk Specialist
Mr. Newman is a member of the GLOBE Help Desk team and performs multiple tasks in assisting those who contact the GLOBE Help Desk by responding to emails and phone inquiries.

LeeAnn Prodoccini, Administrative Assistant
Ms. Prodoccini provides administrative and logistical support for the GLOBE Program.

Loretta Quinn, Logistical Operations Specialist Ms. Quinn provides logistical support
to GLOBE including meeting planning, travel and shipping for U.S. and international workshops and conferences.

Gary Randolph, Education Specialist, Carbon Cycle ESSP Team Leader
Mr. Randolph is the GPO Project Leader for the Carbon Cycle ESSP.
He also designs and develops education materials for the GLOBE Program.

Dave Salisbury, Systems Developer Mr. Salisbury is responsible for GLOBE systems development in the area of web server development, real-time data acquisition and e-mail data entry procedures.

Mark Sallee, Systems Administrator Mr. Sallee provides maintenance and administration of the GLOBE computer systems.

David Smith, Educational Specialist, Watershed Dynamics ESSP Team Leader
Mr. Smith is the GPO Project Leader for the Watershed Dynamics ESSP.
He also designs and develops education materials for the GLOBE Program.

Melanie Whitmire, Logistical Operations Specialist
Ms. Whitmire provides logistical support to
GLOBE including meeting planning, travel and shipping for U.S. and international
workshops and conferences.

Sheila Yule, GLOBE Networks Coordinator and Education Specialist, Seasons and Biomes ESSP Team Leader
Dr. Yule oversees the development of strategic partnerships through GLOBE School Networks to promote community-based student research experiences.
She leads the development and facilitation of the GLOBE Schools Network (GSN) serving as a bridge between the GLOBE Earth system science projects (ESSPs) as well as local and regional projects worldwide.
In addition, Dr. Yule coordinates all activities associated with the GLOBE Alumni Organization and is the GPO Project Leader for the Seasons and Biomes ESSP.
She has expertise in teaching and learning in the area of environmental science and her classroom experiences includes 28 years of K-12 teaching, four years as an Assistant Professor of Education, and nine years providing professional development for educators. Dr. Yule holds a Ph.D. in the supervision of teaching and learning.
