The Department of Community Affairs is the state's land planning and community development agency. The Department will hold a rule development workshop to receive comments concerning potential revisions to Rule 9J-5, Florida Administrative Code to implement the new requirements established by Chapter 2008-191, Laws of Florida (House Bill 697).
