Safety Tips and Info about Required Forms (.pdf document)

Individual Volunteer Agreement (Word document).  For individuals 18 and over who are not affiliated with a group or organization.

Parental Approval for Volunteers Under 18 (Word Document).  All volunteers under 18 must have their parent or guardian complete this form.

Agreement for Sponsored Voluntary Services- Volunteer Agreement for Groups  (Word Document).  All group leaders must sign for their group under one organization.  Individuals 18 and older do not need ot sign the individual volunteer agreement.

Did You Know?
John Brown's Fort has been moved 4 times: in 1891 to Chicago to the World's Columbian Exposition, in 1895 to the Murphy Farm near Harpers Ferry, in 1909 to Storer College Campus and in 1968 to its present location.
