Challenge Set Information
The challenge set consists of 57 compounds of novel structural types which have been plated at 1OmM concentration (DMSO solvent), each well containing 2OuL of solution. All have been evaluated in the DTP human tumor cell line assay and have unusual patterns of cell line sensitivity and resistance. A COMPARE analysis against the NCI standard agent database suggests no mechanism of action for these compounds. The structural and in vitro data are accessible as a set under Public Data.
