This report, which reviews past research and develops a classification framework for maternity group homes, benefited from the efforts and contributions of many people. Appreciation goes first of all to the staff at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) who provided substantive input on the design of this report.
