Publicly available data from the NCI Yeast Anticancer Drug Screen

Search by NSC

If you are interested in particular compounds and you know the NSC numbers, you may enter them to retrieve yeast screening data. The resulting table presents the pcode (pcode is a shorthand for presenting activity patterns across the yeast strains. 1 represents 70% or more inhibition of growth of the given strain, 0 represents less than 70% inhibition), NSC number, the screening stage and dose and the fraction of growth inhibition by that compound for each strain. Clicking on "Chart" will retrieve the data in graphical form. If you don't know the NSC number for a compound of interest, try a fast name search here.
