The NWCG Project Management Program, under the direction of Judy Crosby , NWCG IRM Program Manager, provides a coordinating infrastructure for the development and lifecycle management of NWCG projects through project management planning methodologies, standards, and guidelines.
The NWCG IRM Program Manager collaborates with agency and departmental IRM staffs and project managers to ensure that applications developed under NWCG will also meet agency reporting and accountability requirements. The NWCG IRM Program Manager also facilitates inter-project coordination to ensure that resulting systems align with the NWCG priorities, strategies, and architectures.
The IRM-PMO reviews and evaluates NWCG project deliverables and submits recommendations to NWCG through the IRMWT.
